Inspired by the shifting light and calm waters of Lake Tinaroo, this work explores moments of pause — where landscape and emotion become intertwined. The solitary boat rests gently within the scene, suspended between movement and silence, echoing themes of resilience, contemplation, and connection to country.

Layers of soft blues, muted greens, and atmospheric light create a dreamlike surface that invites the viewer to slow down and enter the work emotionally rather than literally.
